Wings House at Augusta

The Whiting, wings and fries were not fried fresh. Old and dried out. Terrible quality. And the Philly Eggrolls were doughy.

I hate to do this, because I love wing house but the service I received today was terrible. I ordered a small shrimp fried rice and a drink. The total came out to $10.84. When I opened my container I did not see any shrimp, so I went back. The owner took my container and went in the back. When he came back out he had a bigger container and proceeded to dump out my rice and sift through it with a spoon. He said “see there’s shrimp” Y’all it was 4 pieces of shrimp in all of that rice that he dug out. See attached picture. Smh. Unacceptable. I could’ve paid $2 less for the vegetable fried rice! I give 3 stars because everything else I’ve tried from there has been good, but right is right.

Warning: Do NOT order delivery from this place. I spent over $20 on a meal that should have cost $12–$13. The Spicy Honey Chicken? $16—when the menu clearly says $10.99. They’re charging nearly 50% extra for the same tiny portion. That’s not a “convenience fee”—that’s straight-up price gouging. And the drinks? Don’t even think about getting a proper cup. If you don’t call and demand no ice, you’ll get a cup filled with ice to the TIPPY TOP and maybe a sip of your watered down drink. Mind you the cup is already small. This isn’t just overpriced—it’s straight-up robbery. Save your money, your sanity, and your taste buds. Go anywhere else.

Just a bad experience 😔. Order was wrong no shrimp at all we asked for one shrimp and steak and the other steak and chicken. When we opened the box's it was two steak and chicken hibachi. Moral of the story one got tossed in the refrigerator the other was eaten. But I'll just take my chances at Miyakos for my bday dinner. I guess you pay for what you get.

They are stingy with the shrimp and the pricing could probably be a tad bit lower. Also would love if this place stayed open a bit later into the night as Augusta has limited late night options, but I could understand why they wouldn't. Otherwise, this place is great.
