Wings Over Storrs

First time at this location hoping to recreate memories of my time in Saratoga NY. Wings over Storrs did not let me down. Their chicken has that certain something something that brought me back to 2013! I will come up with another excuse to visit soon, the sweet Korean and buffalo sauces were incredible! Garlic parm fries were fantastic!

The food is good and the staff were kind on the phone when there was an issue placing a mobile order. But what makes me give them a low rating is the wait time. They had said 15-20 minutes and I got there a little before 20 minutes. They said it would be ready shortly and then I still had to wait another 45 minutes as many people walked in and walked out with their food. Very confused on how this is possible.

I ordered a 16 piece. A coworker went to pick up. My order wasn’t there, he was told that someone else accidentally was handed my order. They apologized and remade order-even included a cookie for the trouble. Called back to thank them for making it right!

My husband bought home some chicken wings from UConn after my son’s swimming tournament… that’s the best chicken wings&fries I ever had… we will revisit the store again if we go back to CT.

First time here - tenders are delicious and so are the garlic parm fries! The service was great and Deziray who took our order was so kind and helpful with recommendations! Only takeout no sit down.
