Wingstop

I don’t usually do reviews or anything like that , but this It's something worrying and it can be an issue for others. Since I work in a restaurant I don’t wanna leave a bad review lol I know how frustrating is receiving it. My cousin ordered 10 wings like around 30min ago I don’t know why it was like $26 because it was without a drink and fries. On the other hand maybe he ordered incorrectly which was okay but I received my food with a hair on it ! & also The chicken felt overcooked or burnt, I don't know how to explain it but when chewed it was hard! .

Amy and Donovan rocked the pace here. They served in excellence and underpressure with smiles. Busy and Busy their customer service satisfied me and my 4 teenagers. Their patience, and how they took their orders and met our needs and bonus for double checking our orders. Thank you both for all you did in making my stressful night amazing.

I had a very bad experience with Wingstop in Belleville, NJ. The workers were extremely rude. I placed a delivery order and several items were missing. When the delivery driver arrived, he actually had the missing items but said they were not ours and left. When we contacted the store, they didn’t care at all and were very disrespectful. I don’t understand why people work in customer service if they don’t know how to treat customers properly. This location clearly needs better training. I will never order from here again.

I placed a delivery order, but the restaurant forgot to give one of the bags to the delivery driver. They also didn’t call to inform me. As a result, I received only the corn and fries—no chicken. When I called to ask about it, they told me I could either come pick it up or request a refund. I chose the refund, which I’m currently waiting on because they had to leave a note for the manager to process it.

Terrible service from Abigail. I was planning on ordering after a few questions and she left me on hold for 10minutes and then again for 8 minutes. I could hear them laughing about me being on hold for the first 10 minutes. They never muted themselves.
