Wingstop

I hate leaving bad reviews!!!! However, the cashier at this Wingstop was so rude and lacked customer service. You can see her name on my receipt. I urge management/corporate to give her a fast course on how to greet and communicate with customers. Other than that store was clean and the wings were good!

I was pretty much scammed by this location. On 12/29/25 at 5:54pm I placed an online order for classic wings. The order was placed, I was charged, and I arrived at the given pick up time. Upon, arriving I gave my name and I was told "Uhhh about your order, we don't have anymore wings. What we have has to be thawed". I was a little stuck for a minute because in my mind, I'm thinking "WINGstop is out of WINGS at 6pm with a 1am closing time, yet their online system is still processing orders and charging people..." Honestly, in the moment I felt more bad for every employee in there and the owner than I did myself when I heard that so I was still pretty calm and amiable. Also, to be fair they did ask if they could replace it with anything else but due to dietary restrictions I'm only permitted

I ordered boneless wings because my daughter doesnt like bone in. Waited 40 minutes they finally came out and they had bones. I wasnt waiting anotherb40 minutes so i took them home for me the next day and we went somewhere else to eat since she was starving. Never going to this one again. The one in Glen Burnie is great.

Update: the general manager Dawn is amazing. Not only did she provide great customer service, she remade my order personally and it was probably the BEST wings and fries I’ve had, ever. Tasted the way I remember and loved at wing stop. Unfortunately when she isn’t there, service won’t be there either. This location is terrible. Orders are NEVER ready when they say they will be. They lie and say “5 more minutes” knowing you’ll be standing there for at least another 20. DO NOT EAT AT THIS WINGSTOP. Service is terrible & they certainly can careless about the quality of the food.

Wing stop is my jam. They are kind of pricey for wings but they always have some kind of special or value to work around and save a few bucks. Their flavors are wonderful and very tasteful. It takes a bit to get the food but extra time allows for assured quality. The atmosphere is laid back and casual so it's a decent place for a simple yet peaceful meal.
