Wingstop

This Winstop is so disappointing. Everytime I order from here it’s never what I’m expecting nor am I gettting my moneys worth why are yall always having problems with yall fries ????? Not to mention I asks for extra crispy/well done wings and I always get soft ass wings. Also these half coverd boneless wings Jesus Christ 😭. Shameful

I used your online app to make a purchase, as I had unexpected guests come to town. The young men need classes on customer service. I realized the wings were so small and wouldn't be enough for my guests. Trying to get assistance from them was an unforgettable experience. I stood and stood at the counter until a young lady came in and started work. I was told by other customers they are always rude and not obliging. The wings were ok and my guests had something to eat. I spent in total over $80 for bad service and mediocre wings. Being courteous doesn't cost a dime.

I ended up arriving to pick up my mobile order a little before 1. Erica greeted me, she was so pleasant and personable. they were making my wings fresh, so i waited a few minutes but I didn’t mind at all because the whole staff was patient with me even though I was picking my order right before they closed. Ya’ll are doing a great job!

As a local business owner myself, I look for certain qualities in other businesses I invest in locally. I don't leave many reviews, but after visiting this restaurant for the 4th time now, I had to come on here and rave about how amazing they are. First of all, their staff is so friendly, professional, and you can tell they love what they do. That pride is reflected in the absolutely delicious wings and other food they prepare. Ive been to several wing restaurants around town, and this is the only one where the staff literally checks on you several times to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order as you are dining in. Another attribute I love about this Wingstop is their consistency. Each visit, they have exceeded my expectations. And made it such a pleasant experience for me. Tre

Tonight, I ordered a 20 pieces drum, flavor Louisiana Rub. The driver did a great job delivering them in good time. I opened my bag and I had a 20 pieces flat, hard and so crusty. I could not even eat them all. They were so over cooked. I think the preparer was making it for them. I had to pay a $4.00 extra fee for requesting all drums. I'm done with the wingstop on 1605 N.Germantown Parkway suite 103, Memphis/Cordova TN, across from Bank Of America. The delivery was the best thing about the order. Food was HORRIBLE! I'm Done with Wingstop, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. I SEE WHY THIS RESTAURANT HAS A 2.7 SCORE OUT OF 466 REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS.......SMH 🤔 😐DINNER WAS NOT GREAT 😕 AT ALL......
