Wingstop

I do not understand how this location has 3.5 stars. This is the best Wingstop I've ever been to. It's across the street from where I work so I go here frequently. It's always clean. My order is always ready on time and the staff there knows me by name. I don't have to tell them who I am I just walk in and they get my order to me. That's a level of service you can't take for granted nowadays. Food is always fresh. I've never had a problem here. Manager is really nice as well. Yall need to fix this rating up to 5 stars.

This is by far my favorite WingStop. The food is always super fresh. Unlike so many other locations, they don't pre cook their wings or fries to reheat for speed. They focus on quality and make each order fresh when you order, every time, as it should be.

On Christmas Eve, I placed an online order totaling $80.17 at 9:43 PM. The website accepted my payment and confirmed the order would be ready at 10:00 PM. When I arrived, a man in civilian clothes was at the door closing it as another customer walked away. I knocked, and the same man opened the door and told me that any orders placed after 9:30 PM would be automatically refunded within 48 hours. Another customer arrived right behind me and was told the same thing. I waited a full week and still saw no refund, so I called the store and asked for a manager. After explaining what happened, I was put on hold. A man eventually picked up, asked a few questions, and said he was filing a claim and that I should see the refund within 48 hours. It has now been over three weeks, and I still have not

Man, where to start with this place? Any time I go to a restaurant like this and everything is below average and there is a glaring lack of attention to detail, I just have to wonder; where are the owners? Where is management? Where is the oversight!? This place, like so many other fast food joints, appears to just not care. There was nothing good about this Wingstop. It wasn’t very clean. The service was slow. The wings were insanely salty. The fries were overcooked, yet soggy. The music in the dining area was too loud. The TV is on some weird sports betting channel and still has its protective plastic wrapping on it. The soda machine spews soda all over. The whole experience was just disappointing in every way. I recommend skipping this location and if Wingstop can’t provide better overs

Love ordering ahead & just coming to pick up my small orders. Usually everyone in there is real helpful. Be kind to others u have a good chance a them being kind to u . I do be wanting an extra ranch for free sometimes , but i get it.
