Wingstop

I was just at this location about 15 minutes ago, and I am utterly disappointed in the customer service I received today. I came at a busy time, but I was patiently waiting in line. A guy came in AFTER me and went in front of me ignoring the fact i was already in line. The girl that was cashiering is a white female with lashes. The cashier was aware I had arrived before the guy that cut in front of me, yet unacknowledged me and attended to the guy that cut in front of me. Since the moment I arrived with my friend the cashier was giving very ugly looks. This experience left me disappointed overall, because I work customer service and I know that’s not how customers should be treated. I hope this gets addressed with the cashier.

The food is just nasty... The fries taste dirty if that makes sense. and the chicken tastes like it is either expired cooked chicken, or it's just gamey.

I enjoyed it. The wings were cooked well. Flavors were good. Nothing amazing or over the top. The fries are seasoned with some sweet element which was an interesting and pleasant surprise. I’d go again.

Ordered 20 wings and received an employee's two orders of fries they made themselves right before closing. Ice cold and NOT what I ordered AT ALL

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don’t believe these AI generated reviews giving them 5 stars they use to boost their store rating. I have had no exaggeration 4 delivery drivers cancel my order while at this store and sending it to the next driver because of the way this store operates.
