Wingstop

I finally made it to a Wingstop! Anyways, this is a restaurant which specializes in chicken wings. The pricing is slightly higher than other chicken places, but they do have combos and some specials if you use the app. They have a few tables inside the restaurant for dining, but oddly there is not a trash can inside. (But there is one outside.). They let you customize how many wings you get of which flavors. And there are a good number of flavors to choose from. I normally like regular wings, but I split an order of 20 with my son and he likes boneless wings. They were pretty good, but I would have preferred normal wings. We also had some french fries and they weren't bad, but could have been crispier. I'm sure I'll be getting food from here again.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a food service in recent times. I placed an order at 8:15 pm, they said it'd be 20 minutes, I gave them 30 minutes. I went to go ask for my order they said it'd be another 5 minutes. I had to wait until 9:10 pm before I realized that they shelved my food instead. The manager or shift leader gave me my food, but I'm glad I checked it because half of my order was completely missing. I had to wait again for the rest of my order. I didn't get everything until 9:35 pm, and by then the other half of my food was cold. The fries were just left in a tray in the bag, and it honestly looked like they ate half the order. This has been the most infuriating part, and it wasn't even due to the wait. It was due to the incompetence of the staff. I get day

Very disappointed this is not the standard of Wingstop nor of any restaurant. I was served with re fried boneless wings all tiny pieces hence more boneless pieces.the food was very crunch on the outside and Dried out in the inside. I knew instantly that they just re fried these from being a chef. I Ordered Wednesday night and they weren’t busy. No reason as to why this was given to me. I spoke with a supervisor they told me they can remake the wings and they’re sorry.

I’ve been past this place a few times. Meaning to stop in. Never had it. I will say first off the customer service to me was awesome. Split order of wings, two flavors. They were good flavor, good texture. The fries were a little extra salty. Asked for extra sauce and drink refills. They absolutely will help. I’d definitely go back. Good food for a good price. Especially for combo deals.

Came out to visit the Wingstop in Emmauss on its opening night. I’ve been going to the one in Allentown for years and have enjoyed every visit. I’ll start out by saying this place has plenty of parking out front and the lot is lit up well at night. You can’t fault any restaurant on its first day of opening food takes longer or there are mishaps, everybody is learning, they will grow into being a successful and efficient business. with that said, we got two orders of the wings, fries and drinks and they were absolutely delicious like we expected. We may have waited a little bit longer, but like I said, it was the businesses first day open and that’s to be expected. Everybody from the time you went in the door was courteous and happy and just was very welcoming. That’s a pleasant surprise e
