Wingstop

Very unprofessional. When asked a simple question, they are very quick to snap. I came in nicely and politely asking for my refund for an order I had placed on February 8th. I spoke to the lady calmly and politely understanding how busy they were for super bowl weekend but she was very quick to catch an attitude and snap. I still have not received my refund, and she claims my money has been refunded, without showing any proof of refund. I was yelled at and received so much attitude it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do better.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. Management is awful and it's not the first time I've witnessed this type of behavior. I decided to give them another chance this year for Superbowl ordered a large order for a party I was hosting the week before believing the website which made it seem ordering way in advance would ensure prompt pickup. I was so wrong store was packed and some employees including the manger were insulting customers and yelling at them. Such unprofessional I don't understand how this location is still in business I waited hours and after asking a few times found out my order had been cancelled by the manger no explanation. I called to tell them that I wanted my wings well done because when I add that option when getting delivery they don’t follow it and my wings were soggy and nasty so I called to let them know over the phone so anyway the employee that answered was so rude and basically tried arguing with me about the cook time…I just got my delivery and they did not do what I asked for

Placed an order for over $100 of food at 5:44pm on 2/8/2026. Deliver time was estimated to be up to 90 mins which is fine considering it’s Super Bowl Sunday an of course they’re busy. I never received any notification from Wing Stop that they were having trouble fulfilling order or that there were any problems. The only communication I had was from a Door Dasher who called me to tell me he was at the store and they were telling him it was going to be at least 2 more hours. My order was never completed and I didn’t not receive any communication from Wing Stop. My credit card was charged an after calling the store manager today they told me it may be up to 2 weeks until they refund or reverse the charge. I went to pick up 24 wings around 11:30, choosing 3 different flavors. I arrived early, around 11:35, expecting to wait a few minutes, but the guy was already packing my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, the food was cold. The BBQ wings had hardly any sauce, the fries were nothing but salty crumbs, and the lime and pepper wings were overly soggy and greasy. The garlic Parmesan wings had no seasoning and were very dry. The entire meal looked like it had been sitting around for hours. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete with missing items, and they threw my receipt away without even asking if I wanted it.
