**Really disappointing experience at Wingstop.** I placed my order 45 minutes ahead of time, and it was still about 10 minutes late when I arrived. The staff were all standing around in the kitchen chatting—not preparing food or helping customers. The wings were extremely dry, with barely any edible meat left. I ordered three different flavors, but none had enough seasoning to taste like anything. On top of that, the kitchen and restaurant area were noticeably dirty, which made the whole experience worse. **Suggestions for improvement:** - Make sure wings are cooked properly and retain moisture. - Apply flavorings more generously so customers can actually taste the difference. - Keep the kitchen and dining area clean—it makes a big impact. - Staff should stay attentive and focused, espec

First time ordering here. Placed an order for pickup. Arrived when they told me to. Sat and waited for like 15/20 minutes. Come to find out my order was ready when I arrived they were sitting on the shelf the whole time. Wings were soggy but still warm. Would have been much better fresh. Bit disappointing

service is nice, workers are kind and respectful and the atmosphere is chill. but the food? awful. my hot honey rub and garlic parm wings were literally DRIPPING in sauce. both wings are supposed to be dry wings, why were they liquidy? my fries also were barely seasoned. the other wingstop locations have always seasoned them pretty well. i don’t know if it’s poor training or they just want to get out orders faster but this is so disgusting and you can’t even enjoy your food.

I ordered my wings at 4:40. I come at 5:30 for the time it’s supposed to be done. They said a 40 minute to an hour wait… They could have called and let me know instead of me driving all the way there. I don't think any normal person waits 40 minutes to an hour for an order so of course I left. I know it’s a busy day understandable but could give people a heads up. Went somewhere else and won’t be coming back. South Oneida is a better location.

We have ordered from this location 5-6 times and every time has been amazing. The food is always fresh and hot. Perfect amount of sauces and spices. Workers are always friendly and orders are on time. Please keep up the good work.
