I would give them a zero if I could for service. This location is consistently disappointing. I’ve had repeated issues with delivery orders being canceled after the promised delivery time, with no alternative or solution offered. While this happened during Super Bowl time, it’s not an isolated incident—they’ve done this before when there wasn’t any major event. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is frustrating. If there’s a problem, customers deserve proactive updates and options—not silence and cancellations. Leadership at this location needs to do better. When you’re hungry, this place is hit or miss, and honestly, not worth the risk. I do not recommend ordering from this location. Update: Its 2/13 and have not received a refund as promised.

Service guy at the counter was so nice and helpful with a flavor I really loved! My order was an 8 piece hot honey wings with fries and soda. They were so hot and fresh with perfect amount of sweet and heat!!! This is a great little spot. Got delivery today thru Uber eats and my food was perfect! 10 piece hot honey all flats with side of veggie sticks and extra ranch soooo good 😊

My husband and I had such a great experience at this Wingstop! The whole team was kind, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude from start to finish. They got our order exactly right, the food came out hot and perfect, and everything was handled smoothly. I want to give a special shout-out to Evelin at the front counter, she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really taken care of. Thank you to the entire Wingstop team for making our visit such a good one. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Went into wingstop on 9/27/25 to order two orders of two of the 10 pieces bone in wings and got one order of boneless. Went back on the 10/30/25. When we was supposed to get our free meal, the manager by the name of Ashlee gave us only chicken and said we didn't have a problem with the fries.So we wasn't getting fries.She was very rude unprofessional, I will not be returning to this wingstop. I will not be returning to any. Wingstop.

The order came out to $30.12. I purchased the 15 boneless wings combo for my little brother. You only get to pick two flavors. My brother chose his two favorites, Traditional and Garlic Parmesan. The order contains 2 regular size drinks, 15 wings with two sauces of your choice, seasoned fries, along with your choice of ranch or blue cheese. I was glad to also give the other drink to our mom since we have been running around all morning. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and display outstanding customer service! Everyone is knowledgeable of what flavors and combos they have available. The environment is calm, chill, positive, and most importantly, professional all around.
