Has this location lost its spark my food was cold when yall where slow please make it make since it’s a nice young lady who who is very helpful when I come it I hope to catch her name next time but she is always willing to go the extra mile to help me with my items that the back of house miss

At the time of typing this, I’ve waited 11 minutes and 30 seconds on hold trying to place an order over the phone. So I figured I try something out just to see how busy it was. I drove 14 minutes to the store, I pull up and see a young lady at the register talking to what looks like another employee. Using her personal device at the register having a good ol’ time. I won’t be coming back to this Wingstop ever again. By the way, I’m still on hold, nearly 30 minutes.
