Wingstop

We placed an online order. Picked up and the were incredibly busy. Ended up getting home with only half our wings, called in and the manager I spoke with took care of it asap. Will definitely go back

The food is amazing every time. The chicken is so juicy and delicious as well as the numerous flavors they have available. I originally had an issue with the app and when I called in to get it fixed. They were so sweet and understanding. Manager helped clear up every thing. Very happy with this Wingstop.

Miss C. took our order, and had quite possibly the BEST customer service attitude I have come across in a few years that could rival my own! I got the Hot Honey Rub, and quite honestly, they were better than I expected. Just the right amount of spice to not overwhelm the flavor of the chicken, and the honey added just enough sweetness and crunch to the breading. I got bone-in chicken, and was surprised on how little gristle/fat there was on them. All around, great experience for my first time! (However, if the place has Wi-Fi, why do customers need to connect to the Wi-Fi from the business next door?)

This was my second trip to wing stop. The first time was when they first opened and they were crazy busy so I’ll give them that. This previous time tho I came in and the employees were rude and disrespectful and the cook had a CIGARETTE in his mouth! The music in there was blaring I couldn’t even talk to the people I was with. I don’t think there was a manager on duty or if so it was very poor management.

The food was very good! Being opening day, I assumed it would be busy, so no problem there. Only suggestions I have are: With multiple wing flavors, they need to be separated better or in separate containers to not mix the flavors (mine were mixed). Place the french fries in a closed container in the bag. Mine were in a tray as they would be if I was eating at the restaurant. I was a bit surprised to see them that way. Overall, I’ll definitely return!
