Everyone is very friendly. But food took a while even though only ones in the dining area.Tables were clean but floors needed. Fries were hot and fresh. Wings were a bit cold. Tasted good.

Today, November 23, 2025, at approximately 2:38 PM, I walked into the store and everything initially seemed fine. I intended to place a simple order: a large Cajun fried corn, half Cajun and half lemon pepper. This is a reasonable request and nothing out of the ordinary. However, the young lady at the counter immediately began accusing me of being disrespectful, even though I had not acted inappropriately in any way. She then refused to take my order or provide service. I waited to place my order, but she continued to deny service without any valid reason. I am requesting that the franchise owner or corporate management review the CCTV footage for this date and time to verify what happened. I believe the video will clearly show that I did nothing wrong and that the behavior I experienced

Did an order pick up . They put all four flavors of wings in the same container and they were cold. Ordered seasoned fries they were also very cold and soggy. I added a side of cheese sauce that I had to pay 3.99 for and they did not put it in the bag.

The service was great, friendly, polite, helpful, and the food was tasty . Gracee really helped me find just what I was looking for, and I was not disappointed! Might want to do a call in order just because the place is already so popular, but the food is worth the wait.

The food was good. The wait was a little bit long but the service was phenomenal
