I ordered the 6-piece Hawaiian flavored wings. The employee recommended the special of 8 pieces for a better price. I really appreciated that. The wings were good and I substituted the fresh Veggie Sticks over fries. The front door sign is completely covered by a tall tree. They really need to get the tree trimmed.

Think twice before ordering from here! definitely not the Wingstop we used to know and love! Spent $70 on DoorDash to have to go pick up the remaining portion of our order for my dad‘s birthday. And this is supposed to be Hawaiian Wings, let me know if you see any sauce, because definitely not what you pay for!

I placed my order online at 6:07 pm I waited an hr to get my food it arrived at 7:10. Once I did receive my food it was burnt and tasted burnt. The chicken sandwiches were black and so was the corn. The wings barley had any sauce on them they looked like I ordered plain and they remembered to add the sauce after the wings was in the container. Only the top wings had sauce the bottom wings did not. I called to have my order remade and the girl that answered the phone stated it will take another 20 min to have the food remade. This was already an inconvenience due to the fact I already waited an hr to get food now I have to wait another 20 min on top of find a way to get to my food. I had food delivered for a reason . Always have had good customer service here and everything has been quick but recently if you order a dry rub it's not.. the dry rub washes off and basically has zero flavor

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES -- The Wingstop on Broad in Mansfield, TX is a FRAUD. This store/location is a fraud that takes people's orders amd money amd then locks them out of the building on New Years Eve. There was a line of people that had placed orders or picking up Door Dashes that were turned away. There were visible orders sitting at the counter as well. No communication just the workers inside ignoring and/or laughing at the paying customer outside that had been ripped off. They took our money and someone finally came to the windows and said we have to come back tomorrow to get our refund. They said they closed at 10 pm, but I was able to place my order at 10:12 (sitting at this location) and saw people inside clearly past 10 eating. or in & out picking up orders well past 10:30 (my
