Wingstop

After spending over 75 dollars on food I couldn’t eat because firstly it was very mushy and soggy. Secondly it was clearly old and rotten the corn even tasted like it had been sitting for hours before I received it and it wasn’t even warm when I picked it up and the chicken tasted rotten as well and the fries even were made badly they tasted as thought they had sugar on them. It was around 12am around closing time that they made my order, and I notice that they made orders really badly around this time because they want to go home so “badly”, so once I noticed the issue with my order I couldn’t even try to return it then before they were closed . But, wait it gets better I call and talk to the manger Aldo who I told my issue to, and he said he’ll call me back in 10 minutes. I don’t know

Ordered carry out and they didn't give me all my food and forgot about the second bag in my order. I came back and got the bag and was offered an 8 piece combo as compensation for the bad service. I was happy with this and did not think anything of the encounter since that is an easy mistake and they made it right. However, the offer was an empty promise as the manager had reached out to me online and has since not responded or followed through on providing the compensation for the inconvenience caused. Will never be going to wingstop agian even though the food was decent.

From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, respectful, and attentive. You can tell they care about what they do, and it shows in both their service and their attitude. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor just what you expect from Wingstop. My order came out on time, and everything was made just right. The cook clearly knows what they’re doing, and the team works well together to create a positive vibe in the restaurant. This wingstop rocks!!! Consistently good, I get bone-in wings and they are always cooked and sauced to perfection. Veggies are always fresh and have a good snap to them. Customer service is always on point. A+++

COMPLETELY LOVE THAT THEY FINALLY ARE GIVING THE SOUTH SIDE A CHANCE!!! This location is way more convenient as it surrounds many schools and the freeway no too far either. The GM always is there and since they’ve opened I’ve ordered more than 8 times. He remembers my name and definitely makes it a great visit with the genuine conversations! Definitely became my go to WINGSTOP!!!
