Wingstop

I’ve been here a few times, normally my food takes forever to come out but this time I specifically paid for flats only and I got drums as well. It’s a tiny thing but I just want what I paid for and I didn’t get that.

I was really impressed with the hustle of everyone in the store. I’ve ordered here before and didn’t have great experiences but today felt different. My order was ready when I got there and nothing was missing. The store employees were very welcoming and attentive to everyone walking in. Hands down best experience since I’ve been here. Shout out to the entire team!

I WAITED 50 MINUTES FOR 10 WINGS AND BAD SERVICE. I am NEVER rude to restaurants or businesses, but on 11/29 at 1:30 I called for a take out… it took over 5 mins to even get me off hold, that was fine. I ordered, she said 15 minutes to get my food. I go in, get my drink and wait. 35 mind go by!!!! I go up and ask for a refund because it shouldn’t take over 35 minutes for 10 wings and Cajun fries??? It wasn’t so busy that it was impossible to get 10 WINGS OUT!!! I was giving grace for them being a little backed up, but over 30 minutes for 10 wings?? Are they playing back there? All you can hear is laughing and giggling, I didn’t see one person working. The lady at the front has attitude and is smiling when I ask for a refund? She the says it’s 3-5 business days for a refund… I’m like ok wel

Wingstop, we gotta do something about that grease! Can you please let the wings sit two seconds to drain off the excess grease!!?? Other than the excess grease, my order was actually correct, extra lemon pepper and all! Oh, and I did a survey from the receipt for a free brownie. The cashier was friendly I think her name was Marilyn or something like that! 🤔😁

Never had a problem here in this location and i usually pick up from Doordashing around the area as well. And shoutout to the girl in the front Alejandra must be new never seen her before haha she took my order very professionally and well detailed ( probably the only person to ever take my order that way in this location ) if I had cash on me I would’ve tip her tbh.
