The surprise waiting for me at the bottom of the bag under the food was unbelievable. I only ordered delivery because the parking at this location is horrible. The wings were decent, but its always something with this location. Better off at another location or flanigans for basic flavors.
Shout Host demetria for being an great team leader she greeted us as soon the door opened and made it a priority to get our order set so we can get our food! Great location
The cashier was very pleasant (Demetria) she help me with my order I brought more than I came for Great service!!! The GM miss jayama was pleasant every time i visit this store I never have any negative to report
I had a great experience with the new management at Wingstop on 163rd St. Ms. Jay, the manager, is incredibly nice and professional. I had an issue with my order and she wasted no time fixing it and reassuring me. Excellent customer service and much appreciated!
The two woman workers there were really funny and nice! And the food was really good.
