Wingstop

i feel totally ripped off. they messed up our order and this is the second time it’s happened. First time my sister got 1 less wing than we ordered. Now, our order is clearly one classic meal and one boneless meal. Both meals we received are boneless. Boneless being cheaper i feel we got ripped off and didn’t even have the appetite to eat much of it. And the hot honey rub barely had any flavoring it was basically just a nugget. The only thing they got right was the fries. we really enjoy Wingstop so this was very disappointing.

The ranch and French fries were sodium bombs. The chicken got a little dry from when it first opened. The sweet tea was pure sugar. There does not seem to be any quality control. I really liked Kingston I hope it can turn around.

Great job to the individual store; however, if the company knows they are going to be an hour and a half behind orders on a busy day then plan for that. The company needs to update their system to plan for a busy today like Super Bowl Sunday. Waited an hour and twenty minutes for 14 wings. Thanks for the individual store and their employees! Yall did the best with what you could!

Smaller then the buffalo wild wings, so it's better for takeout orders. Cashier was friendly, but the cook in the back who handed me my order didn't even say anything or made eye contact.
