L food store stay dirty got there when i was supposed to and food was still cold and how yall got the chicken not even fully sauced L store. sauce was mad thick too you can tell it wasnt even warmed up or cooked yall played. 21 dollars btw.. do better i come there all the time at night. night shift way better than the day shift forsure.

I visited the new Wingstop location twice, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. On my first visit, I encountered a cockroach crawling on the wall. As a new establishment, it was disheartening to see pests so soon after opening. I took a photo for reference, thinking it must have been an isolated incident. Fast forward to my second visit, and I hoped for a better experience. However, the service was lackluster. Despite having multiple employees on duty, I stood at the counter for several minutes without any acknowledgment. One employee looked directly at me and then walked away, while another casually asked if I was there to pick up an order. The most concerning part of my experience was witnessing an employee sitting on the food prep area with his legs crossed. H

I ordered wings for 5:30 pm and when I got there at 5:45 they said they haven’t started making them yet. There’s only 2 people working in the back on a Friday night. That’s unacceptable! I will be going to America’s Best Wings next time I order wings because although they might not be as good, at least they will be made on time!

Ordered 4 hours in advanced. Pick up time comes. Order was ready by very cold. Half the fries were missing and no vegetables.

Don’t waste your time! Place should be shut down. Ordered delivery before reading reviews…learned my lesson. They shorted us half our food. Had to go to store to get it. Once got the food - it was wrong and employees extremely rude about it all. And the food was greasy and disgusting!!
