Wingstop

As someone who loves Wingstop, I would not order from this location. Horrible customer service! Food is thrown together. It never fails that they forget half your order! Dan seems bothered when a delivery order comes in asking for the rest of their food. Then false promises of getting a call from the general manager, Anna! I would rather make the drive to Wing Spot.

The 2 girls working today did a great job. They both are very professional, they got the food out at a good time, the food tasted great sauce on all pieces of chicken, working space was clean and not messy. They were both focus on the orders and not focused on other things. Today was one of the best times coming here you could tell they were trying their best to be perfect.

I’ve ordered at various Wingstop locations over the past few years as I have Celiac (gluten makes me very ill), and Wingstop is often the only choice I have while on road . They have a designated fryer for bone-in classic wings and fries, so I can usually enjoy their food safely. The chain’s food is usually consistent and worth the stop. I’ve visited the Redding location a few times since they opened. I always enjoy their fries / loaded buffalo fries, however, the last 2 times the classic wings were overcooked and dry, unfortunately. Thurs night, I called them to place an order. A male employee answered and I said, “hi, I’d like to place an order for pick up”, he immediately said, “hang on” and put me on hold. He was not friendly and sounded annoyed. It was 10:12 pm and they closed at 11,

I ordered a 30 piece meal Saturday night online on my way home from hunting. When we got home we realized there were no fries in the bag and I paid the extra dollar for cheese fries. I was told that if I wanted to come back up in the next 48 hours they would make it up to me and give me fries. I live in Cottonwood and wasnt about to drive 30 minutes for a side. The service and response was trash. I will not be returning and it's too bad because the chicken was pretty good

Wings were sauced perfectly. Plenty of Sauce left on the bottom of the wings as well, perfect for dipping. The celery was a bit thin but came in handy as a cool-down bite. The ranch cups are double what you'd get from a pizza place.
