Wingstop

Bad attitudes overall. I realize it’s the end of the week, but the irritation of you even walking into this establishment… I did not understand? I on the other hand was really looking forward to wings. So disappointed by the ratio of flats vs drums….. beyond disappointing. The customer service was horrible, sorry to bother you. My order was poorly put together. Please retrain your staff to be more friendly and welcoming.

Okay man I had jinxed my self by looking at the poor reviews about quality and service. I have ordered the boneless on 3 other occasions. I called an order in and was hung up on the first time. My friend said thats a sign and don’t call back. I decided to call again….someone took my order for a boneless 20 piece. Now they said 10-15 minute, I gave them a little extra time for good measure to show some grace. I arrived and stated “boneless wings?” they said “for ——?” so I grabbed. Now my partner said check “how many I got and why they smelled like that?”……..I received 20 ….. BUT they were bone in wings which explained the smell. 🤦🏽‍♀️ An extra star only because the food was okay and I didn’t get any uncooked wings as stated in some of these reviews….although I did eat them timidly until I g

I’ve had zero issues with this location or the food either as a walk in, call in or online order. They once forgot a ranch but were more than happy to toss an extra one in on my next visit.

Very frustrating experience. I placed an order at this Wingstop twice, and neither order was delivered. Before placing both orders, I carefully checked my address and confirmed it was correct. What really upset me is that the delivery driver never called me at all — not once. No call, no message, no attempt to contact me. After communicating with the restaurant, the orders were eventually canceled, but this only happened after the delivery failures. Having the same issue happen twice shows a serious problem with their delivery process. This wasted my time and completely disrupted my plans. Very unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this location again and do not recommend it.

Been eating at this location for almost a year. Food is generally good at this location, staff is generally good, got knocked a bit though for a couple botched orders in the past couple months, i.e. wrong size fries, or incorrect seasoning for online orders. Overall a pretty good wingstop location, but not perfect
