Wingstop

Checked in on 2/27 at about 7:12pm for doordash. Customers name was Latisha for the order. Your employees saw me. They said have a seat and wait. I waited 15 min and finally asked if the order was ready. The girl asked who’s the order for? Yeah it was ready all along…why do you hire such incompetent staff? The girl with the pink phone cover was just on her phone. People were coming in and out getting orders and yall clearly see me waiting and didn’t care to even check on me. How is handing bags that difficult of a job?? You can hire someone who actually needs the money and is competent.

I went and ordered a 15 wing combo for two. I ordered traditional bone in wings, mango habanero and lemon pepper. When I got home I realized that they gave me boneless wings, basically some chicken nuggets! Also they were the wrong flavors… I believe it was garlic parmesan and atomic.. I just wanted one thing correct on my order..

This is by far my favorite wing stop! It’s always fresh, seasoned well, and good serving size. I always go during the week around lunch, never disappointed !

The wings are usually good and my kids love the rolls. The new sandwiches are awesome. I love the fact that you can get them with any wings sauce you want. Sometimes the pickup time takes longer than what is expected, but overall it's good.

Aolani was great at attending me tonight super friendly and definitely need more people like her food was excellent so as the store itself very clean and way better then any other wingstops
