Good afternoon well i visit this location all the time and it’s always staffed with people and they never answer the phone i called and called then when they decided to answer the phone phone i was 2 min from the location coming from south county i wanted was could they change the sauce was told no and i asked the young lady who came up with that when you spending you’re money she said the store manager Wich was cool i guess she was following orders well i guess its the same Manager that said they cant take walk in order after 9pm or the same one that they were out of chicken lol i guess being in the manager field myself i would take as many orders as possibly because without the customer they wouldn’t have hours i worked at this location years ago when they first opened and it wasn’t anyt

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, spending more time on their phones than helping customers. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me or even greeted me — it felt like customers were more of an annoyance than a priority. Good customer service starts with basic respect and acknowledgment, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. I hope management addresses the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, because the current atmosphere makes customers feel unwelcome. 1/20/2026 RUN FAST! This place is exactly why I don't take dashes in the city. An hour wait and never got my food. There are 9 dashers here and they're calling out orders that aren't at the location. Pitiful service. I literally watched the lady hand a random bunch of stuff to a customer and the stickers so she could put together the order for herself. The kitchen was filthy. The whole place smelled like weed. The floors were dirty and no one had any idea what they were doing. Please fire the manager or hire like 5 people that actually work

Football Sunday and this Wingstop went above and beyond for us. We ordered a nice meal through the wingstop app, but when a doordash driver decided not to deliver/steal our order, we were lost! We knew it wasn’t the store’s fault, but we still drove to the store because we wanted to reorder. The manager was kind and understanding. Remade our order on the spot at no charge without even asking.

I called in my order and was advised pickup time of 15-20 minutes. Arrived in 25 minutes, chicken was pretty warm but the fries were extremely cold. Asked manager for fresh fries, she went into an entire lecture on how we need to arrive at the time they provide. She refused and was very controversial about its This wingstop location is known for excessive wait times after your arrival. Read previous reviews and we all say the same thing. They need to shut down!
