I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee who assisted us avoided eye contact, showed little to no engagement, and maintained a negative attitude throughout the entire interaction. Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and this fell well below expectations. We were also charged for blue cheese dressing that we never received with our order. When you’re paying premium prices for a meal, accuracy and professionalism should be a given. Unfortunately, the lack of attentiveness made the experience feel even more unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses it appropriately. Guests should feel welcomed and receive the items they pay for without issue.

Went here today for lunch. There were two employees in the building. One stayed in the back and the girl that came to the front did not say 2 words to us. Didn’t say hello, didn’t say she was ready for our order nothing. As we were waiting for our food, we saw may people come in and get treated the same way. A few even left. Absolutely horrendous customer service. There was no garbage can ad well. Charging what you do and delivering less than average is horrible. Do better

Flavors are solid. Since changing the fries they aren’t inconsistent and raw. But can we drain the damn oil before pouring this stuff into the box

They greet you from the time you walk through the door and even ask how the chicken tastes. This location has got to be the best one… from Oakland, California to Denver, Colorado and now out to Toms River, NJ. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend this location. 10pc combo all flats with Louisiana rub and Cajun corn. 💯 🌽 🔥

Today I ordered delivery. The wings were great size, but definitely not extra crispy. Additionally ordered a brownie that had no "best buy" date and was as hard as a rock. For $70...I expected better. I tried calling the restaurant around 10pm...no answer. Maybe BWW is the way to go?
