I have it 4 stars for food because of the soggy fries. Other than that my wings ( lemon pepper ) were on point and I just love their ranch. I ordered online then went and picked them up. There was no wait and the young lady was nice. Definitely going back.

The staff was wonderful and the food was great but whoever was playing the music needs a talking too because playing politically charged music that promotes hate speech against minority groups, especially in a diverse neighborhood, is a horrible choice. It’s crazy that in this day and age we can’t just play the hits or something on the radio and we have to make even just going to get dinner political statement.

The food is amazing!! They have so many different thing to choose from! From bone less chicken tenders, wings, and many other items!! Their sugar fries are amazing and addicting! Louisiana rub and Hawaiian rubs are amazing!! They have so many more, but once you get hooked on a few you stick with them… The location is close to everything and only a 15 min drive from the Niagara Falls area if you take the thruway! Staff is friendly and fast!! During busy hours of the day order ahead on the app, so by the time you drive there you won’t have to wait.. you can just walk in and grab and go!!

Went in with a buddy for a what I thought would be a quick bite. Boy, was I wrong. We waited over 30 mins for 8 wings each in a nearly empty restaurant! When we got the food, it was luke warm, and flavorless. The worst part was the fries, which tasted like they had sugar on them instead of salt. Very disappointing. Prices were outrageous too. I think I would’ve enjoyed dinner from a gas station more than the $19 dinner I felt obligated to eat. I guess I should’ve known better than to go to a franchised wing restaurant when in Buffalo. Lesson learned.

Gross Gross Gross .Several strands of brunette hair in my honey mustard dip. I was grossed out when my veggie stick came out of my honey mustard dip hairy. After I ate the majority of the dip. No one wears gloves or hairnets. I watched a worker use their uncovered fingers to remove for a container he was preparing. I don’t know why he had his bare fingers in the container. After I got my meal with hair it explained a lot.
