Wingstop

I went to the Wentzville Wing Stop 11/6. I had ordered my food ahead to be ready at 6:30. When I walked into the store it was absolute chaos. There were 4 children unsupervised (an employees children). One was asleep on the floor, one was running around the restaurant, and two were watching tablets at a table. There was another table full of what I would assume was their food, drinks were spilled on the floor around this table. Kids were barefoot and one had no shirt on. Bluey was blaring on the TV in the store, radio in the kitchen was blasting music. Drink station was out of multiple drinks, and my food was 15 min late. The woman at the counter was very rude.

This place is a hot mess, good is always cold and never right. Every time I've gone in to kids are running around or there is a baby in just a diaper sitting in a highchair. I think yesterday was our last time ever ordering from Wingstop. The next location off Hwy K is just as bad 👎. Sad too cause we really liked the food till it went downhill.

Child endangerment! The cashier had her baby in a high chair sitting near the counter. She stated she didn’t have a babysitter. When is this acceptable?

Went here me and my wife for dinner. Employee had her kids at work half naked running crazy in the store. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. DFS should probably of been notified on the parents of these kids.

We love Wingstop but everytime we order from here our order is messed up and generally takes an hour or more to get your order correct. They refuse to give you refunds or store credit for the mess ups or long waits. Terrible Customer service, if you have an hour to waste for fast food, they have a great chicken sandwich
