Wingstop

i ordered my food on doordash and paid extra for another ranch. Tell me why there is no ranch at all. It’s supposed to come with ranch either way so why is there still no ranch? I understand that sometimes people make mistakes but like i also paid extra for ranch.

The crew was so friendly and nice when I came in. It was raining and she told me that it's going to be a little while longer on my food. Which i didn't mind because she let me what was going on at the time. That was nice of her to do and when we got home my food was still hot.

Love the food but the environment is just ghetto! Never know what going to walk in to. @Wingstop corporate should visit this location!!

The last 2 times I have ordered it was wrong. Cannot call and order. Online times do not mean anything to them. Rude employees. Horrible over all.

That was the worst experience of my life. I never even got my order because I had somewhere else to be (I waited over an hour after they said my order would be done). The guy who was “handing out orders” was clearly high as a kite and mumbled the whole time. If he wasn’t mumbling he was just standing there doing nothing when there was orders ready to be handed out. Even the woman who seemed to be the manager had a pissy attitude. Coming from someone who works in fast food, you find out who is there and make their order first over who ordered first. I typically love this place, but that was a terrible experience. That whole crew sucked
