Wingstop

Ordered a big order for super bowl, chicken, fries and sauce was perfect. What wasn't perfect was the veggie sticks. The carrots had to be cut and they came in a zip lock bag which is unusual. The celery sticks were old and soggy.

Ordered via Uber eats. Packaging was filthy with oil and seasoning all over the plastic containers. The wings were so oily. I could taste the oil more than the sauce. To say the least the best thing from my order was the bottle of sprite. Ended up throwing it away after eating 2 wings 😮‍💨.

I placed a pickup order for 5:45 and didn’t receive my food until 7:00. That’s over an hour late with no clear communication or update. I understand places get busy, but if you’re going to offer scheduled pickup times, they should be honored or at least explained. The wait was frustrating and completely threw off my plans for the night. Food was cold and I won't to order again.

Wingstop delivered a solid experience. The wings were flavorful and cooked well, and the service was polite and efficient. The atmosphere was simple but comfortable enough to enjoy the meal. Everything came out as expected, making it a reliable spot when you’re craving good wings.

The food was horrendous, it’s a fast food restaurant so I don’t have high expectations but the cooks were legit throwing the containers into bags and rushing orders. It’s clear that the workers don’t care about their customers. They all look visibly frustrated, there have been instances where i’ve seen 1 person doing all the work. They use their phones while handling food, and they avoid answering the phone! I’ve been coming here for some time now and it gets worse every time I come back. This place needs better management or something I don’t plan on coming back for some time.
