WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

First time here, I was very impressed by the organization of the condiments. I am a district manager as well attention to detail. also the cashier was very attentive in and hospitality was off the Chart

I usually get their burgers. The burgers there are on point and made cook to order. Atmosphere is inviting the place is nice. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and when I tell u it tasted like day old steak it was like it had been previously cooked but warmed up. I’m not writing to discredit or down talk the restaurant. I’m only suggesting if u order make sure u emphasize u want it fresh and take a bite before u leave. That way if there any issues they can remake it for you. Once I left I was stuck with a not so tasty experience.

I just wanted to praise the young woman named Simone that was working the counter by herself on a extremely busy Friday night....the restaurant was full of customers, Uber eat drivers and the phone was ringing off the hook. As costumers were becoming impatient and some were rude, Simone handled the situation with a professional attitude and grace. She stayed calm, polite and kept a smile on her face as she offered apologies to everyone having to wait regardless of how they were treating her. She deserves a raise!! Nowadays good customer service is practically nonexistent, it's was nice to see there are still some people with good work ethics.

WMB Factory deserves a shoutout! I was honestly amazed by the level of customer service. I believe her name is Jess (the manager) and when I tell you her personality and energy are TOP TIER — I mean that. It’s been a long time since I felt the need to write a positive review, because you expect basic customer service… but this was beyond that. Jess made me know I was coming back before I even tasted the food, just off her vibe alone. 10/10 — and a huge thank you to Jess for making the experience so welcoming! TC

I come here almost 2x a week and they are always soo friendly! Food is fresh and ready when I arrive. The manager I think her name is Jessica is the best. She told me about the teriyaki sauce with the egg rolls and I'm addicted!
