WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Use to love this place but management didn’t rectify my order. I ordered 12 wing combo with veggie fried rice. I received the correct wings with the wrong rice. I called and spoke to the manager there and she said the order ticket said no onion, peas, carrots or fried egg. Well why would I order veggie fried rice if I didn’t want veggies. I’m telling her I ordered veggie fried rice and per my receipt I didn’t say omit veggies nor fried egg. I’m highly disappointed as this issue was not resolved.

Order here and my food was ready writhing 10 mins. Fries were great and my burger was amazing. Staff are teenaged so kindness towards them goes a long way.

Iyanna*(I hope I spelled that right) was great we ordered 2 meals and a side of fried rice . The food is fresh and great a lot of wing sauce choices for those ppl who want to try new flavors and the inside was clean . Owner was working and helping out with guest 10/10 oh ps they also have the freestyle drink machine they get an extra point for that !

I’m very big on customer service and on a normal basis I love this restaurant. The owner is always really nice and my food is great. I’ve always called my order in and it’s never a problem except for today. I tried calling them a total of 19 times and there was no answer with a voicemail coming on. So, I went there and told the cashier in the photo about the phone issue and she said the phone works. She pointed to the phone right next to her. So I then called while I was at the register ordering my meal and it never rang. I showed the cashier my phone while I was calling and she seemed very uninterested stating the phone worked. I was extremely bothered because the owner is always very nice. I paid for my meal and left but not before I took this photo and also my receipt is attached.

The food is all ready great, but Javi is solid! She went above and beyond to make sure our order was of satisfaction.
