WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

1st time here and it was terrible the service is 0/10 they made my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home over 15 miles away when I called they said "oh yeah by the time we realized you were gone already". So I asked what kind of accommodations they would give me from having to come all the way back the response was "oh we don't do that". Now honestly I was going back regardless because I wanted what I paid for because it was over a $5 difference of what I paid. But the least the could have done was offer me a drink or something. That kind of service of making a customer feel appreciated goes a long way. I would never go back to that location. The food was good but the service spoke louder than the taste in my professional and personal experience

WOW!!!! DELICIOUS 🤤 the wings are delicious and crispy. First time here and if I can give more the 5 stars I sure would. Customer service was good, food was out fast and hot… thank you so much.

I love how hot and crispy the wings are. They are very small and expensive...a meal of 12 like this with drink is $18 with tax. I like the fry seasoning alot also. They just got a new coke machine. There isn't many tables or space to eat inside......mostly everyone does take out. I have been about 20 times. Good consistency.

Food is always great here the young gentleman that helped me and the female in there were very professional made me feel welcome. Help me with my order. I will definitely come back here again because this is a top notch place.

I have them five stars with no freaking hesitation!!!! The food was amazing! The service was amazing!!! They are fast, and the presentation is just lovely 🥰 I come here often but I just needed to let everyone know how amazing this place is. Thank you so much!
