Wonder Pho - Vietnamese Noodle & Grill

A group of us stopped by WonderPho for a late lunch and truly enjoyed the meal. We ordered almost everything on the menu, including Bún Bò Huế, phở, bún dishes, wings, bánh cuốn, and bánh khọt. Everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the bánh cuốn, which is their well-known dish and possibly the first of its kind in the Atlanta area, where you assemble it yourself. It was fun and tasty, though probably not something I’d order again since I’m not great at rolling it. The service was nice and pleasant, though a bit inattentive at times. Overall, we still had a very enjoyable meal.

Wonder Pho Grand Opening: A Promising 3.5 Stars in the Princeton Shopping Center. We visited the newly opened Wonder Pho for lunch during its grand opening weekend. Located in the former Walgreens space within the Princeton Shopping Center, this new Vietnamese spot is a promising addition to the local dining scene. The Location: The interior is cozy, seating around 30 guests, but there are a couple of spatial quirks. A helpful tip: avoid the tables right near the entrance, as they catch a significant cold draft every time the door opens. The restaurant layout might need refinement. There is a dedicated section for takeout orders right by the kitchen, which creates initial confusion upon entering—it's unclear if you order first (like a fast-casual spot) or wait to be seated (full service).

It was super busy on a weekday evening but we were glad to try this spot. We ordered pickup and the wait wasn’t too long. Energy was lively and the interior branding is very cute We got two bùn and they were decent. I prefer my seasoning a bit stronger on proteins but the shrimp I had were so mild they barely tasted of anything, maybe they were frozen for a while? The chicken my friend got was a bit better. Spring rolls fried perfectly and the container they come in is neat! My noodles and salad were unfortunately very soft and a little more limp than I usually expect, but overall good and we would try it again

We had bon bo hue and pho and Thai iced tea. Maybe I made mistake ordering Thai tea in a pho restaurant all you can taste is sweetness to Thai tea flavor what so ever. The bon bo hue was not bad although the fish sauce was over powering but what really turned us off was the not so fresh basil for the pho as you can see in the photo. You gotta have that to be fresh at least. Overall I think it's slightly overpriced for the portion as normally we couldn't finish pho at other restaurants but we finished here and didn't feel satisfied and had to go get some other food in the plaza. Service was ok tho very nice waiters. Also go as far as the entrance as possible in the cold weather as every time people walked in you felt the cold breeze.

This Pho restaurant opened not too long ago which is in the Princeton shopping center. The classic pho, curry rice noodles and beef cube rice dish are quite tasty! 😋
