⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience Order placed from Champion Smokehouse, 679 98th Ave, Oakland, CA and delivered via DoorDash on February 26, 2026 at approximately 5:00 PM. The catfish was the one highlight — perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. That part was done well. However, I ordered turkey tails and received rib tips instead. When you’re specifically craving turkey tails and open the container to something completely different, it’s frustrating. The rib tips were smoky and had decent flavor, but that’s not what I ordered. My meal was also supposed to come with potato salad — and there was none. When you’re looking forward to that classic BBQ combo and the potato salad is missing, it really throws everything off. No substitut

Food is great every time. SERVICE great but seem they need help more help, ATMOSPHERE is buzzing cause it's busy. One thing I can say call I'm your order and your in and out or be patient to wait 20 mins

They worship money above all else. Their prices are sky high. The hot meals are super expensive, tiny bit of chicken with tiny sides for $18? Never again. Ice sandwich for $4.50? Not me. I'll go shop at Costco just like you. See you there.

This is my first time to get their BBQ. It is so delicious. The bread they put it on is good too! You can get it with the sauce on the side. Really I couldn't figure out whether it was better with or without the BBQ sauce. So delicious both ways!

Tha Fries BASA IS TO DIE FOR 10 OUTTA 10... ITS BEST TO CALL YOUR ORDER IN THOUGHT because the Customer service sucks and so does the General location of the store but that Fried Fish is worth it All!!!!
