World of Chantilly

I ordered online, selected time and date of arrival. When I called to confirm my order on the date of arrival, no one knew where the order was and the driver assured me he’d deliver the following day. When the order arrived, the order was wrong with no communication from the company saying the desserts were out of stock. When I called to let them know it was wrong, they were unaware and “assumed” it was because the desserts were out of stock. There was no accommodating the inconvenience of the wrong date as well as the wrong order. The lady did not know any information and said their online system isn’t updated, which is no excuse. Truly disappointed with this company.

I ordered a terimisu cake for my mom's birthday. Was pretty, came on time (albeit the driver was a bit rude), amd tasted yummy! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the cake was partially frozen when we served it. This was 3 to 4 hours after it was delivered. Still all-in-all great cake!

I recently ordered from Chantilly, without any recommendations. We had shabbat dinner and celebrated 91 st birthday for my mother in-law. Everything I ordered was just perfect. Tasty sweets, delicious cannoli, amazing challah, bourekas, dinner challah rolls were a bit hit. Thank you to World of Chantilly.

They did not make the cake as I discussed with them. The cake itself was very dry. But what was most disappointing was the cardboard we had to cut into to give my guests. Called them and all they said was it’s supposed to be like that. Didn’t even care of the issue. Never in my life have I seen cardboard place under the fondant. My guests were very disappointed in seeing this. Never again will I ever order from here again. I guess going elsewhere next year so I get what I order and quality cake.

World of Chantilly is AMAZING and our wedding cake was a hit! We are so happy with their service and they delivered the cake exactly when they told us it will be delivered. It looked beautiful and we are so grateful.
