Customer Reviews
About WOW Bao. Yes, I read the reviews. Still stopped by because I was craving Asian food more than the first-class meal waiting for me. The food? Rich, savory, and honestly bomb. The service? Another story. Willie K’s attitude was unprofessional and noticeably colder toward me, while others after me received far better treatment. Great food, disgusting service. Management should absolutely take note. Gate D20. 😌
Sadly I did not read reviews before :/ Horrible experience. fried rice is not fried… is soggy and the chicken portion is almost nothing… I paid $14 just for rice. “Food” is already made… probably from the day before idk
The fried rice is soggy and not tasty at all. Food is expensive at the airport and usually don’t come with good quality, but this one is really bad. How did this restaurant survive?
Chicken teriyaki is too sweet but edible. Server wouldn’t let me sit to eat because she wanted to close soon. Rather abrupt communication. She planned on getting as much sales as possible but not tell me that I cannot sit there to eat.

There were barely any vegetables, no egg, and overall it tasted like it had been sitting out. It’s hard to understand how something as simple as fried rice can be done so poorly. After this experience, I went to the grill opposite to them with very low expectations, and the difference was night and day. I was greeted immediately with a smile and seated. Even though I didn’t have much of an appetite, I ordered a drink and
