nice quick and fresh meals! noodles were nice and chewy and both pork/chicken meat had nice flavor. inside was spacious and quite clean! service was very good too. Love the no pressure in tipping. phew!!
This review was intended for the location on the 45th street, btw, but Google currently blocks any review on that site due to suspicious highly rated reviews. I'll just post here. Hopefully the owner can see it as well. I have visited this site many times. The LiangPi is my favorite, however the quality is not consistent. For instance, this time they put too much sauce, especially vinegar in there, making it extremely sour. Also as you can see in the photo, the noodles (LiangPi) are just very short pieces, making it hard to pick them up using chopsticks. I suspect that these are things left over at the bottom of their container for LiangPi. These are supposed to be thrown away, not to serve a customer. Very disappointed.
A hungry stomach was satisfied dining at Xi’an Famous Foods. Food was yummy, there were 3 long tables and a long standing room eating area. The price was good for the food portion. Restroom is available. A nice place to eat with friends after a cold day or long work day.
SO GOOD- probably the best Xi'an hand pulled noodles I've ever had and very quick and convenient. Great pricing. Hand pulled noodles are perfectly chewy and very fresh. Meat and sauce is seasoned perfectly and melts in your mouth. Spice level options are standard to most restaurants (not too spicy and not too mild). Not too busy. Has black vinegar as a side option.
Amazing food! We ordered N6(Chicken) and N8 (Vegan). Great portion sizes and everything was delicious. My new favorite restaurant!
