This is your corner, efficient neighborhood coffee spot. No frills, simple, order your coffee and breakfast sandwich. Efficient team of two in the mornings, my wait on a weekday between 8:30-9:00 was just at or slightly under 10 min for a BEC and iced coffee, not bad, and cheap compared to what you pay for at Starbucks. I'd prefer to support this small business any day.

I have been going here for over 15 years. Their breakfast sandwiches and platters are to die for. Bread is percently crispy. The guys are super nice. Wait can be a little long, but totally worth it.

The perfect Go to breakfast and lunch to pick up spot. A little corner spot with no big sign and nothing fancy. However you get quality and fresh food at reasonable prices!!! Highly recommended if you're in the area!! GREAT COFFEE!!! Don't forget the tip! Jose the cook is a master at what he does handling that grill like a five-star chef while orders are being thrown at him!!! 💪💪💪

Forget all the fancy spots El padrito right there makes best roll sandwiches in the whole astoria! My fav: bacon, turkey, egg and cheese on a roll + jalapeno and mayo. Ufffff 🔥🔥🔥
