I recently did a food photoshoot at Yakitame Bento & Katsu and genuinely loved the experience. The team was kind and welcoming throughout the entire shoot. I got to try the fish katsu and it really stood out: crispy on the outside, light and flaky inside. It tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re craving a solid katsu spot.

Love the food here! We ordered pork and chicken katsu and a karaage rice bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. The takoyaki with big octopus pieces reminded me of Japan! We came back for their ramen to go, which arrived home perfectly (see picture). Not sure you can find another place in the area with 5-star ramen, 5-star katsu, and 5-star donburi. This place is fantastic. The prices are fair and reasonable. For one ramen, one rice bowl, one bowl of edamame, and a specialty 'corn' coffee (tasted like egg-drop Vietnamese coffee) I paid a total of $38. The rice bowl is generous enough to include egg and radish with a small bowl of soup akin to miso (had a fishier taste). Both entrees filled us completely. Food was hands down perfect - I was in the mood for this style of food and it absolutely hit the spot. The front/server was charming, polite, and welcoming. The restaurant is small and seating is limited. Bigger groups might want to call ahead (4+). I only saw two tables for two, a bench against the wall with four stools, and one table for four. Has a cozy but clean vibe. Food: 10/10 Vibe: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 I will be back.

The food here is amazing. I have been ordering take-out for some time, but this time I tried ramen in house. So-so good. Their karaage and katsu are mouthwatering too. Basically, everything on the menu is delicious. I definitely recommend this place A LOT.
