Yanni's Best Charbroiled

Pleasant experience here today. Was coming back from Santa Paula and I decided to stop for a meal. Like most people I have been driving by for years and always wanted to try it. We ordered the Mediterranean grilled sandwich, a Tuna sandwich, and a club sandwich. Everything was great and decent portions too! The fries were good too! We sat outside on the patio, plenty of seating and a gentle constant breeze. We can hear the classical music in the background, it did help cover the street noise. The only thing that was subpar today was the smell of bad plumbing in the entrance/restrooms. Otherwise 5 stars all the way

Decided to try Yanni's on my way thru Fillmore. Got the Pastrami Reuben sandwich which was absolutely amazing, a little small for the price, but was still delicious. My only complaint, for the love of God. DO NOT USE THEIR RESTROOM. The smell was almost unbearable. I don't know if someone used it before me, or if it was the 7 different flavored pee cakes in the urinal. Either way avoid at all costs. Would definitely go again. 😅

I was told one of the best burgers sold here. Decided to try the pastrami and fried zucchini. Pastrami was good, I would rather have zucchini from Frosty King. Ranch was delicious but an extra charge. Somewhat pricey. They had the freshest baklava. Yummy!

This place used to be better... especially the fries. The burgers are great. Im not sure what happened to the quality of food here? In all fairness, we have noticed a downward trend of food quality at most restaurants lately. Even Wood Ranch has fallen hard in food quality and taste.

Honestly, I’ve driven past this place a dozen times and have never thought of stopping. We ate here with some friends and it was delicious. Not super expensive, quick service, and a very diverse menu.
