Yardville Inn Restaurant & Tavern

Food was pretty good overall, prices about average and service was good as well. However, the they have a huge fireplace in the dining area that had the entire place smelling like a camp fire. I like the idea but it was very overpowering. We were there with our 15 month old, it was a question if we should have left but we did stay. We didn't regret it but will question if we should return.

Good place to catch up with friends, watch some ball games, or play music on the jukebox. I had the burger, but the food others received around me looked absolutely delicious. Fairly priced and Renee was a great server. Smelling the wood fire was comforting.

We walked in at 7PM and went straight to sit at the bar where there was 6-8 seats open. We sat down and the bartender screamed that she “wouldn’t be any faster in here I’m making a ton of drinks.”. This was our first time being here and we immediately left… I never mind waiting but those being the first words you say to a customer is crazy.

Ordered to go but the breaded mushrooms, chicken francaise & onion rings are fresh & delicious. Hostess and server I interacted with were both very pleasant. Very clean inside too!

Been a few years, used to be my mom's favorite restaurant... She passed in 2020. Appetize Best True homemade mozzarella sticks...10/10 We had My York strip with cream sauce.. excellent medium cooked tender great the flavor 9.2 /10 Chicken Fantasia, very generous portion and very tasty 9/10 Four glasses of wine bill was $95.00 Excellent service all in all it's still a great place for dinner. The fireplace was not lit tonight.. Love it when it is...🔥
