This place is such a gem! The service was excellent from the start; we were greeted right away and the staff was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our meal. We ordered the katsu don and the spicy shoyu ramen. The katsu don was absolutely out of this world (must get), and I really enjoyed the ramen as well — the noodles are nice and thick. I’ll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu!
Yasubee is a newer location on 26th street near 8th ave in NYC. The atmosphere is inviting and has a colorful nuevo-style. We ordered the Spicy Miso and Signature Shoyu Ramen along with kewpie potato salad and yuzu cheesecake for dessert. The ramen was very good. The broth had a developed and complex flavor and the noodles had the right amount of ‘chew’ to them. There were several other menu offerings that we wanted to try, but we’ll wait for our next visit. The waitstaff, specifically Melly, were friendly and engaging and helped elevate the overall experience. Yasubee is a definite go-to location in NYC. We’ll be back soon.
It was AMAZING food and great service our server Jack was super helpful and kind. The Thai milk tea was really good and the Ramen miso and Crunchy tofu were excellent. All ingredients are sourced in Japan, authentic Ramen 100% The glazed wings were great and so were the edamame! Thank you so much it was a Delicious experience, hope to come back soon!❤️🍜🫛!!!
Walked in on a cold Saturday, not too busy at the start but tables started to get filled, may have been understaffed this day Spicy Shoyu and miso ramen were ordered as well as curry wings, $6 for 3. Not bad because they were delicious and spicy, nice dry rub. Ramen was very good, personally wished they would add more toppings but you can add floors for extra Alcohol drinks and canned Kung fu tea is available
We had the best Valentine’s dinner at Yasubee Authentic Ramen. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Jack was amazing — truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a special night. He was respectful, attentive, and just genuinely great. The food was absolutely delicious. The gyoza and karaage were incredible — perfectly crispy and full of flavor. And the Shoyu Ramen is hands down our favorite. The broth was rich and comforting, and everything tasted so fresh. They also have a great drink selection to pair with your meal. They really made our Valentine’s dinner feel special, and we left happy and grateful. Highly recommend!
