I bought a sausage and egg sandwich, it taste awful, I returned it, the first guy to atended to me was nice he speak Spanish, other guy ask him what happened and he explained to him, this second guys start talking so disrespectful saying that I was so picky and why I picked the sandwich if I don’t like it. So I approached him and said I understand English and this is not correct to talk like that for a customer. I asked for the manager and never show up. Is not for the money, it’s about respect, and if I need a job is better to take care of my behavior.

This cafe is the worst along with the Shapiro cafe. Very rude and mostly unhelpful staff. Try asking a question to any of them and you get attitude and unhelpful answer. If they mess up making your food your expected to just take it and not raise a complaint and if you do then you are somehow the one at fault. The staff look like they being forced into manual labor with how miserable they look and how they conduct themselves. If you dont want to be there then simply leave. It's mind boggling how almost every staff member at the cafe acts like this, feels like its a prerequisite to work there. Its a shame because BMC is a great hospital with great people but the cafeteria leave so much to be desired. Avoid this place like the plague and just go the small places to eat around the hospital wh

This Cafeteria has gone down hill fast in the last 6 months. They post food options that they don't have and are not willing to make such as Breakfast Burritos. Other stations are way to slow due to lack of staff and the amount of customers. The employees are unfriendly and moody or sarcastic with the exception of one or two who go out of there way to be friendly. One employee has been out to do personal reasons and she is very much missed for her outgoing and happy personality. It's obvious to me that management does not have control over much that is going on. I have been snapped at by employees just for asking what something is that's being served. Equipment that is used to make foods have been down for months and although there are other ways to make certain items they are unwil
