We ordered shredded beef soup and tonkotsu ramen, but both the rice and the ramen had hair in them. When we asked for replacements and a refund, their attitude was very poor. I noticed that the chefs in the kitchen weren’t even wearing hats. There was no sign of the restaurant owner, and without supervision, no one paid attention to these hygiene details. The food tasted good, but the service and sanitation were terrible, which made the overall customer experience very unpleasant. I asked where the person in charge was because I wanted them to know that two out of the three dishes had hair in them. But both the front desk and the people serving the food said the boss wasn’t there. Since it was a semi-open kitchen, I could clearly see that the people working inside were not wearing hats.

Ordered on DoorDash for two meals. It does not come with any side dish, not even daikon pickles. The tofu stew is not the authentic Korean tofu stew. The tofu also is not cut, looks like someone just threw in half cube of tofu and put few cucumber slices, onion, little shredded beef and that is it. Kind of disappointed.

The food is fabulous. We ordered the the Beef Roll (aka Kimbap) - freshly made and tasty. My only concern is that I and others waited and inordinate amount of time for our orders - unnecessarily - while, unbeknownst to us, they sat on a shelf behind the counter. There's a sign "Pick Up Here" with an arrow that implies the orders would be placed there when done. I discovered they're sitting on a shelf until you claim them. No one calls out your name or order number to tell you. This needs to be fixed.

The food here is very inconsistent and seems to be assembled by non-Korean cooks. I ordered the fried chicken with sweet/spicy sauce (yangnyeom style) and noodles with black bean sauce (jjajang myeon). The chicken was slathered with too much sauce, which made it too sweet. The sauce for the noodles was very watery and did not stick to the noodles. The jjajang sauce also lacked taste. Overall, there is a lack of skill and worse, lack of quality control over the food served here. I highly recommend the owner to get back onsite to get control over the operation. This place used to be decent.
