Friendly, quick service. Special fried rice and shrimp st Paul sandwich. Both tasty. Visited based on YouTube review. It was a taste off with King Chop Suey. King's st Paul was better, Yet Bun's fried rice was better. 2 for environs is not a slight. No seating, simple/rough, but it's a carry out place.
I have eaten at YET Bun twice and both times the food was delicious. I had been meaning to try tgis places for years and I finally got a chance to do so. The gravy is dark and very favorable. The rice is fried to perfection and the portions are decent. Look rice is not super cheap like it use to be back in 2007, but if I am going to spend almost $10 on rice it better be good like this location!! While the atmosphere is a bit sketchy with the location it's still worth the drive!
After muchhh research we landed on Yet Bun for our taste of St Louis fried rice and it didn’t disappoint. We called our order in but I think because it was so large they didn’t start (or complete) the order until we arrived …. likely because they only take cash. I’d recommend having your money ready to pay in hand or your pocket (as opposed to a purse or wallet). Another customer had told us of an instance of someone going to pay and someone ran in the store and snatched their money out of their hand. I’d recommend verifying your order total as well because we almost got charged twice for our sodas but the other employee missed was written on the bag. I had a whole special fried rice (no ham and added green peppers) and a beef St Paul (no mayo). The rice was everything I was hoping it’d b
Don't ever say they have good food!!! I will not order food from this place, again! I ordered 1/2 of sweet-n-sour chicken w/ fried rice and 1/2 of Duck -n- Noodles. The sweet-n-sour sauce was so thick that you couldn't pour it on the chicken; the rice was dry, too, and the Duck-n-Noodles juice was bland, with no taste! I will never buy food from this place ever again! Horrible!
Found this place on TikTok. Definitely worth the hype. A but run down but that's usually all the good food spots. The fried rice was different from what I've had in the past in a good way. Service was meh but my food was good and hot. Would recommend
