Yeung's Lotus Express

Got it for lunch and the bourbon chicken tasted burnt with quite a few burnt pieces in it. The rice tasted funny also. My daughter and granddaughter were with me and they said the same. $36 for nothing, I threw it in trash. Talked to short guy there and he wasn’t very nice, full of excuses. Asked to talk to manager and they directed me to Cajun grill, he was at counter there. He obviously runs both places. No satisfaction with him either, they definitely tell you no refunds though. I’m not one to complain but this was total garbage. Never again and I will definitely tell others. This site wouldn’t let me post unless I gave a star somewhere, believe me I wouldn’t give any.

Purchased a plate from here and the server made sure to place all the crumbs and juice from the orange chicken all over my plate. No standard sized pieces of orange chicken, only the crumbs. I couldn't change my palate as orange chicken crumbs and juice was all over everything. I know we are in hard times but come on man, we are paying customers! This is ridiculous!

Bourbon chicken us great but crew is too lazy to keep white rice available. They never have. I come after trying to eat their food. Lazy business practice

The best in Lake Charles! Man they load that to go plate up! It’s always soooo good! And you can’t get that much food for that price anywhere else! Hands down our favorite place to eat when shopping at the mall!

This is the BEST Chinese food I've ever had! I got the Lotus Box for $10.62 and I was struggling to find the change in my purse so the cashier was nice enough to knock 15 cents off 🙃 They made sure to put a TON of food in the takeout box and I just loved the atmosphere in general. 🥳👍 Again, the food was AWESOME 👌 👏 I will definitely be getting food there again. 😋 (Me and my friend both ate from one takeout box, and we still had a decent amount of food left over.)
