That's a cute machine, but their food is kind of expensive. I love their convenience and the tables at which you could sit down, but their food tastes like more expensive instant noodles.

Very good noodles. I was impressed by the convenience and the quality of food I got. I ordered the black garlic oil tonkatsu flavor. Broth was a little bit salty, but very tasty. Can’t wait to try the spicy kimchi ramen next time!

TERRIBLE. Ramen was cold, customer service wouldn't issue a refund because after requesting a picture, decided the picture couldn't prove it was cold. :/ When I asked if they could send someone to check on the machine, she said they hadn't received any other complaints, so they wouldn't. Go literally anywhere else in the Metreon.

The experience is fun and the food is tasty. Reading some of the comments I think folks had the wrong expectations. This is a vending machine and honestly the ramen exceeded my expectations. Really good and I would have it again

I had the black garlic ramen. I think for $12 it was decent, although the portion is a bit small. The broth flavor is rich and intense in the best possible way, but the noodles were soggy and almost mushy, as opposed to having a bit of chew to them. The pork was bland and miniscule. The fishcake was just offensive as it somehow seemed dry despite being fully submerged in the broth. Considering the convenience of not having to sit down at a restaurant it's an alright lunch. But if you want quality ramen and you're not in a hurry spend $3 more and eat at the ramen place inside Westfield, the flavors are better and portions substantial.
