Yogen Früz

Took my family out to the galleria and made our traditional stop at yogen fruz to enjoy our “frozen YOGURT” which come in various flavors like cheesecake, kelime pie, coffe etc. as they started to prepare my order which was the coffee frozen yogurt I see them walking over to the self serve ice cream area and served it; unlike before that they had to open a specific package of mixture to prepare it…. It’s not the same as before, they’re either charging you for frozen yogurt and giving you regular ice cream or just simply they’re not doing the same original recipe. Don’t waste your money, it’s not the same quality as years before.

Made this our last stop before heading home. Only employee took one look at us and asked us to wait for ten minutes while he went and did something. Then he disappeared in the back. Not waiting. We left and enjoyed our soft serve somewhere else.

The guy that made my milkshake was really nice and took his time. It had a lot of flavor and tasted fresh. Well worth the money.

The yogurts are fine quality. But i dont know about the staffs. They seem like they really hate their jobs and have will absolutely discourage customers from coming in and ordering. Nex time im there and if i see these same people working, i will probably wont even enter and will go somewhere else.

Walked up to this location and the staff were having the worst argument ever so we left immediately. Asian guy working had ear bud in and phone in hand. Manager was trying to tell him to put it away but he was arguing with her and yelling at her. If I were the owner, I would fire this employee immediately.
