York Buffet

The outside isn't much to look at. However, the money was put to where it counts. Other than the bathrooms, the inside looks nice with a good amount of space! The hibachi was nice, and I loved that it had steak. Don't get me wrong, it is not top-tier steak, but it was still a food choice to have, and I have been to more buffets that the food you get is cold, which makes me lose my appetite. However, it was either hot or warm closer to the hot side. If you are in the area, it is worth eating here if you like buffets. My family and I loved it and got full fast. Just keep in mind there is no changing table in the restrooms.

I never like to leave such horrible reviews. The food was inedible. It tasted like chemicals. We tried a bite of just a few things off of our plates and couldn’t eat anymore. We were told we still had to pay the full price. We spent $50 on “food” I wouldn’t feed to my dog. The management is just as horrible as the food.

Desserts are soso. Cakes are usually stale cut pieces in square a shape, not your diner favorite cakes. puddings and Jell-O are fine, fresh fruit and vegetables, array of Asian and American foods that are very good. Some Asian buffets in Lancaster have more varieties of food so I gave this place 4 star. Otherwise, it's still a top place to visit, just less seafood, meat, sushi and other favorites

The food isn't really good at all, I was very disappointed in the food I ate here. I really love egg rolls and fried rice. But the egg rolls here were very bland and dry. The fried rice was kinda hard and didnt have much flavor either. Also, the food doesnt seem to stay hot for long either, they are either cold or very room temperature. The bathroom here was nasty and seemed to be not cleaned often here. But the waiter here was very nice here and did a very good service. He made sure we had our drinks filled at all times. But yeah, it doesn't seem like they really clean this place up too well.

A typical Chinese food buffet with American friendly food options. There's a sushi and made to order station as well. Service is good in terms that wait staff serve drinks and take away used dining wear quickly. Food is ok. The General Tao's Chicken tasted too tangy like it was made with ketchup. It was unexpected and not a good way. The rest of what I had was fine. For $15.99 All You Can Eat (weekday evening) it was a fair price. Environment was typical Asian inspired, standard booth seating, clean tables, buffet in the middle, and messy bathrooms that need attention. I wouldn't expect this establishment to be anyone's favorite place to dine at but it serves its purpose in fast, over indulgance, and choices.
