Cashier was great but the horrible appearance of the food. Cannot even eat this mess, which is nothing like the menu images.

I love me some Yoshinoya!!! I’ve been waiting 25 years for it to come to Sacramento, but it still has not arrived…😭😭😭

They have good food here, good employees, but the corporate practice of setting their Boba machine to automatically dispense with half ice is not good. The picture taken was after 10min of me sucking on ice. Not a good value in their Boba. Too much ice!🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊🧋

The cashier Michael B has a bad attitude. No social skills whatsoever. Before my order was complete and before I finished talking . He was already trying to upsell me on a combo. That position need someone that smiles without drama. I am bringing this to your attention because a similar situation happened last time a few month ago with a different cashier. Do better. I won’t be coming back.

I don't know what was going on with them today but service was awful! We waited in the drive thru line for over 45min. I would have gotten out of line if there hadn't been cars behind me. Felt like they were making/cooking one order at a time. Finally got my order, came home only to realize the food portions they gave us was like a kid meal. I don't know if they were trying to compensate for the small portions, but they gave what seems like two handfuls of condiments. Very disappointed.
